Safeguarding children, young people and adults
Our mission is to provide support for children, young people, adults who are vulnerable and families who are experiencing difficulties or challenges so that they can have a better present and a hopeful future. Click to view our Safeguarding Policies and Procedure.
As well as our Spurgeons’ policies and procedures, we also work in accordance with Wiltshire’s Safeguarding Vulnerable People Partnership, which replaced the Local Safeguarding Children’s Board in 2019. More information can be found by clicking on the link.
Complaints Policy
Spurgeons is committed to providing the best possible services for children, young people, families and the community. We want to listen to your concerns or complaint and will work with you to try to make things better. Your views are very important to us and help us to continually improve our service provision.
How to make a complaint:
To begin with we suggest you talk over any concerns or complaints with a member of staff at the service. Problems can often be sorted out quickly by letting staff know how you feel.
